EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

  • HR administrative experience
  • Previous experience in an FMCG/ Fast-Paced Environment (advantageous)
  • Experience of handling sensitive and confidential information within HR legislative requirements (preferable)
  • Microsoft Office proficiency including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to build strong relationships, work collaboratively and a strong eye for detail.
  • Organisation skills working to tight timescales whilst maintaining quality and accuracy
  • A commitment to upholding data privacy and HR compliance standards.
Responsibilities
  • Day-to-day HR support and act as a key point of contact for general HR and payroll queries
  • Support the creation and distribution of all paperwork throughout the employee lifecycle
  • Assist with new starter and leaver processes including right to work checks
  • Assist with staff inductions
  • Maintain and update employee personal information, e-files and HR records such as absence and holidays
  • Coordinate and manage probation reviews processes
  • Track employee processes and pass to payroll for processing (i.e. refer a friend, maternity, etc).
  • Communication of HR policy and procedures to staff
  • Supporting and where necessary carry out exit interviews and provide analytics.
  • Create and distribute ad-hoc surveys and collate end data.
  • Support with systems integrations, new releases, HR systems training.
