About the Role We’re seeking a highly organised and proactive HR Administrator to join our team at Name. This is an office-based role, providing essential administrative support across the HR function. You will help ensure smooth HR operations, compliance with UK employment legislation, and a positive experience for colleagues and managers. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in line with GDPR and company policies. Assist with recruitment administration, including job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding new starters. Support HR in drafting, updating, and communicating HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with current UK employment law. Process HR documentation, including contracts, letters, and HR reports. Assist with payroll, absence management, and benefits administration where required. Respond to HR queries from colleagues and managers in a timely and professional manner. Support the delivery of learning and development initiatives, training sessions, and performance management processes. Generate HR metrics and reports to support business decision-making. Work collaboratively with the wider HR team and other departments to deliver a seamless HR service. Promote best practice in equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI). About You Proven experience in an HR administrator or HR support role. Familiarity with UK employment law, HR policies, and best practice. Strong administrative skills and attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team-working skills. Confident using HR systems, Microsoft Office, and digital reporting tools. Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a busy office environment. Professional, approachable, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion.
