Job Title: HR Administrator
Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Salary: AED 3,500 – AED 4,500 per month
Employment Type: Full-Time

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Administrator with experience in payroll processing to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting daily HR operations, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing, and maintaining employee records in compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in HR administration with a strong focus on payroll.
  • Knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience using HR and payroll software is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Fluency in English; Tamil/Hindi is a plus.
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment in the UAE.
Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including attendance tracking, leave management, overtime calculations, and salary disbursement.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR databases and physical files.
  • Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, CV screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR-related documents.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Handle employee queries related to HR, payroll, and benefits.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Support with monthly HR reports and audits as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information at all times.
