Working closely with the Head of HR, HR Advisor and Payroll & HR Assistant, you'll provide high-quality administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle – from recruitment and onboarding to maintaining employee records, supporting training administration and ensuring our HR systems remain accurate and up to date.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in delivering excellent customer service, and has a passion for ensuring processes are completed accurately and efficiently.

Key Role Responsibilities:

HR Systems & Employee Records

  • Ensure employee records are kept up to date and filed correctly in line with GDPR requirements.
  • Produce routine HR reports as requested by the HR team.

HR Administration

  • Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and variation letters based on approved templates and instructions.
  • Support onboarding administration, including documentation distribution, collection, and system updates.

  • File and maintain employee documentation accurately and securely.
  • Carry out HR administrative tasks as directed by the Head of HR, HR Advisor, or Payroll & HR Assistant.

Recruitment Administration Support
