Overview Element has an opportunity for a HR Administrator to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to develop your HR career within a Global TIC business.In this role, you will drive the sector people plan in conjunction with Divisional and Group plans and acts as a single point of the contact for managers and employees in the business unit. This role is based in Tuas, Singapore. Responsibilities Provide office administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the organisation including managing office supplies, stationeries, incoming mails, verification of invoices and payment for invoices Handle incoming calls and attend to visitors Responsible for recruitment process including advertising, interview, selection, on-boarding,off-boarding, payroll etc Maintain proper documentation of employee records, work pass application/renewal/cancellation of foreign employees and assist in all human resource functions and administrative matters of the company Other ad-hoc duties as assigned Skills / Qualifications A minimum of 3 years of human resource management experience is required for this position Familiar with Employment Act and HR-related policies Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel Good command of spoken, written English and ability to deal with all issues of foreign workers #LI-PN1 Diversity Statement At Element, we always take pride in putting our people first.
