Job Description

  • Assist in preparing employment contracts, contract addendums and training contracts, and job descriptions;
  • Assist in the preparation for personnel administration i.e., tax forms, employment engagement forms, health insurance, termination documents and other required documents;
  • Assist in the recruitment process by processing applications and doing phone screens;
  • Ensure upkeep of data related to employee vacations, Sickness Leave, Bereavement Leave and Maternity Leave;
  • Assist in gathering data for weekly/monthly/annual KPIs;
  • Manage the full process of obtaining gaming licenses for all employees;
  • Take initiative to suggest and discuss improvements to current systems and processes in relation to, retention, and employee relations;
  • Upkeep of multiple data systems;
  • Organize and keep all information up to date;
  • Assist in HR Department ad hoc projects (ie. Data gathering and compiling, research);

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associate’s degree in Human Resources or a similar field;
  • Documented experience working in HR or in an office role;
  • Experience in reporting and employment legal knowledge in Colombia law preferably;
  • Good level of computer skills;
  • Excellent English level B2-C1
  • Aptitude in problem-solving;
  • Attention to detail and be of an organized nature.
