JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a highly organized and experienced HR Administrator to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations within the contracting and construction industry, with a solid understanding of UAE labor laws, manpower planning, visa processing, and site-based HR support. This role is critical to supporting both our office and on-site teams across various projects.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR administration within the contracting or construction industry in the UAE
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa processes, and HR compliance
  • Experience with site-based workforce management
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and HR software
  • Strong communication skills in English and Arabic
  • Able to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities
Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update employee records, including contracts, leaves, attendance, and disciplinary actions.
  • Handle full-cycle recruitment for construction roles (e.g., engineers, foremen, laborers), including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.
  • Coordinate visa applications, renewals, medical tests, and Emirates ID processing in collaboration with PROs.
  • Track and manage employee leave, end-of-service benefits, and payroll support.
  • Support site-based teams with HR documentation, time sheets, and manpower allocation.
  • Maintain compliance with UAE labor laws and health & safety standards.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures specific to the construction environment.
  • Manage accommodation, transportation coordination, and staff welfare for labor and site staff.
  • Prepare HR reports and documentation for audits and management reviews.
