Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a dynamic role in a supportive environment? We are seeking a dedicated HR Administrator to join our team. Based in our Woking Head office. This hybrid role will be 2 days a week working in the Woking Office and 3 days from home.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the HR Admin & Recruitment Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the effective coordination and completion all aspects of administration in relation to the employee lifecycle. The position requires a high degree of responsibility, organisational ability, flexibility, confidentiality, and professionalism due to the nature of the role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To handle all initial contact into the HR Team
  • Reviewing all new colleague ID documents
  • Ensuring all documents required are submitted to produce and issue offer packs
  • Create and issue all new starter documentation including offer letters and contracts.
  • Coordination of the onboarding process
  • Coordination of the background checking process
  • Manage the HR@ email inbox

To excel in this role, you’ll need:

  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Extensive experience with using HRIS and other software and web platforms
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to plan, work under pressure, multi-task and meet short deadlines
