We support our colleagues as a 1st and 2nd line support with HR questions and tasks across all levels of the organization. Moreover, we work closely with local HR teams around the world to deliver HR operations.   Specifically, you will: Deliver day-to-day HR-related support to Arla employees, utilizing a ticket management system (ServiceNow) as well as through phone and chat requests, depending on the designated area. Take service to the next level by ensuring professional, high quality and timely service delivery Assist our internal customers (People Managers, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition teams and more) in navigating the HR processes Provide essential support during the implementation of various Global HR projects, including process changes and the introduction of new solutions Foster close collaboration with colleagues across HR SSC and Global HR teams, promoting synergy and efficiency Enhance team knowledge by updating process documentation and work instructions, addressing knowledge gaps   Who are you? We're seeking an individual with a positive outlook and a receptive mindset. Prior experience in administration or customer service, particularly in HR, is a bonus.   Furthermore, you:  Have a grasp of HR processes or are eager to grow in the HR field (experience in an HR Shared Service Center is a plus) Possess proficiency in English, both written and verbal. Can adapt to a rapidly changing HR environment Are comfortable using MS Office tools Have previous experience with ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, or SAP – considered an asset Prioritize customer satisfaction and maintain a focus on quality.   What do we offer?
