Responsibilities

CONTEXT AND PURPOSE OF ROLE:

You will be responsible for HR administration, managed by the HRBP Central Functions.
The HR Administrator will also take instructionand direction from the HR Business Partners under the authorisation of the HR Business Partner for Central functions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Be able to work on their own and as part of a team
  • Handle internal and external enquiries-both written and verbal-ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Ensure that accurate records are kept in line with Data Protection
  • Undertake any ad hoc projects as directed
  • Manage the HR inboxes, responding to or escalating queries efficiently.
  • Maintain and update employee files and HR databases
  • Act as a point of contact for candidates and employees, supporting them throughout their employment journey.
  • Prepare and issue employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR-related documentation
  • Work closely with the Payroll and Recruitment teams to facilitate smooth onboarding and address employee needs during their employment lifecycle.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of employee information.
  • Process New User Forms and New Starter Packs
  • Order MOJ badges
  • Weekly Operational Update content
  • ER Letters, Investigation Packs and documentation filed correctly
  • Arrange hotel accommodations, venue bookings, and car hire as needed
  • Support HR audits and ensure ongoing compliance with HR policies and legal requirements.
  • Order uniform for our new employees
  • Maintain the absence inbox, ensuring documents are promptly filed in the appropriate personnel files
  • Adhere to the SLA set by Manager
