Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong HR administration experience to support a busy HR function in a hands-on, operational environment.
Reporting directly to the HR Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of day-to-day HR processes and activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supporting recruitment: issuing job offers and contracts, onboarding, and conducting inductions
  • Managing absence processes: return-to-work documentation, sickness letters, reviews, and note-taking
  • Maintaining accurate records: filing, archiving, data entry, and cleansing (manual and digital)
  • Carrying out general HR administration duties
  • Using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook on a daily basis
  • Assisting the HR Manager with day-to-day tasks and ad hoc HR projects
  • Supporting with elements of grievance, disciplinary, and investigation processes as required
