Description

Reporting to the HR Office Manager and supporting the HR Business Partners, as part of the HR administration team your role will be to carry out the HR Dept day to day administrative tasks in a timely and accurate manner with particular importance to legislative requirements.

Responsibilities

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE;

  • Administer all HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment, handbooks etc
  • Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation
  • Manage recruitment, training and contract / permit expiration calendars.
  • Checking References
    · Processing HR and issuing appropriate documentation, for example: Letters, salary certificates, contracts, change of terms, etc
    · Support the payroll process, report weekly with all new employees
    · Set up interviews and issue relevant correspondence
    · Responding to HR queries proactively and accurately by telephone, email or in person
    · Provide accurate support and meet agreed SLAs
    · Manage the electronic filing of all HR documents
    · Respond to some HR letters, emails, phone calls

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE;

  • Strong administration skills
  • Familiarity with business software such as Microsoft Office and Excel
  • A high level of confidentiality
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • The flexibility and willingness to learn
  • To enjoy working with people
  • Great attention to detail
  • At least 2 years previous Admin experience- in HR would be an advantage
  • Retail experience

    Pay: €28,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
