REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Experience using Microsoft Applications, specifically Excel, Outlook and Word
  • Strong communication skills
  • Previous exposure to an office environment
  • Awareness of Data Privacy and GDPR
  • Drive to develop and progress

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking to recruit a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our busy working environment. You will be responsible for various administration tasks as well as incoming calls and emails, supporting a wider team.
The successful candidate will be required to travel between sites, but mainly based at our sites within the CH5 area. If you are willing to learn and have an enthusiastic can-do attitude, we will provide the required training for you to be successful. For those who perform particularly well and wish to develop further, there is opportunity for progression.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To support the Human Resources Team to deliver a HR service across our Manufacturing Sites
  • Manage all administrative HR daily tasks
  • Filing and archiving
  • Creating and managing documents, spreadsheets and presentations
  • Support the recruitment, selection and on-boarding for new employees
  • Scheduling meetings, taking minutes and arranging conferences and events
  • Answering queries and resolving issues
