SALARY

The starting salary will be from £27,644 per annum pro rata on Grade D, depending on qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

In this role you will support the HR Immigration Manager to manage the day-to-day administration of systems and processes associated with visas, including compliance. You will also provide advice to colleagues, applicants, and recruiting managers on visa processes and issues that surround international employment.

What you will be doing:

  • Acting as the first point of contact to provide advice and guidance
  • Providing administrative support for visa applications
  • Maintaining and updating visa records to keep track of progress
  • Preparing and checking documents before issuing certificates of sponsorship
  • Carrying out right to work document checks
  • Using the UKVI sponsorship management system to maintain compliance.
