You’ll play a pivotal role in supporting every stage of the employee journey from onboarding new creative talent to ensuring smooth offboarding experiences. You’ll also work closely with the Chief Financial Officer, assisting with HR systems, process improvements, and general administration that keeps this world-renowned studio thriving. Key responsibilities Administration for core HR employee lifecycle processes, duties include but are not limited to: Prepare and issue employee / freelancer / worker contracts and extensions using the appropriate templates Onboarding process for new starters Work closely with IT to guarantee systems access/equipment is ready from day 1, and is uninterrupted for contract extensions Input starter/leaver data into internal databases and online systems, ensuring these are kept up to date Tracking of probationary review dates / contract end dates Work closely with Payroll to provide PAYE information Generating HR reports as required by internal teams and for monitoring purposes Liaise with multiple internal teams regarding their freelancer staff population, ensuring relevant HMRC and Company guidelines are followed Key point of contact for general HR queries and monitoring of the HR inbox Working with external HR partners to update Company policies in line with any legislative changes Liaising with employees who have become eligible for Company benefits, e.g. healthcare or cycle to work scheme Maintain data quality and consistency and undertake regular auditing to ensure data quality is maintained within the various systems Ensure queries are dealt with in a timely manner What you'll bring to the role: You’re the kind of HR professional who loves keeping things organised, people happy, and processes running like clockwork. You’ll thrive here if you bring: Solid HR admin experience; you’ve previously supported HR operations or worked in a similar people-focused role and know what it takes to deliver an exceptional employee experience. Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills; you can juggle multiple admin tasks, meet deadlines, and stay calm and efficient even when everyone is buzzing with activity. Tech-savviness; you’re confident using Microsoft Word and Excel, and comfortable navigating multiple HR systems and online tools with ease. An eye for detail and a process-driven mindset; you take pride in getting things right the first time, spotting inconsistencies before they become issues, and keeping everything beautifully organised. Exceptional people skills; you can connect with everyone from animators to execs and producers, communicating clearly, empathetically, and with professionalism. A collaborative yet independent spirit; you enjoy being part of a supportive team but are equally comfortable taking initiative and running with tasks on your own. Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience Schedule: Monday to Friday working under the current hybrid working pattern of a minimum of three days in the London office, however they are open to discuss flexible working arrangements.
