Job Description We're looking for a HR Administrator to join our team in Carrick-on-Shannon. You will be responsible for providing excellent HR administration and support to the business in a cost effective and efficient manner. The role will involve: Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring all compliance documentation are up to date Preparing and issuing employee contracts and schedules Managing and resolving requests and queries within the TMS system Monitoring and responding to HR and company inboxes Coordinating long service awards process Managing sickness documentation and communications for employees Providing administrative support to the HR team Collaborating with departments such as Marketing and Learning & Development Managing, ordering and inventory of company merchandise and uniforms Supporting recruitment activities, including attending career fairs Assisting with apprenticeship programmes from recruitment through to completion Maintaining professional knowledge through training and networking Carrying out ad hoc administrative duties as required Qualifications Interest in developing within HR or related discipline.
