Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update personnel files
  • Produce accurate and timely weekly / monthly reports for managers
  • Provide support to managers regarding absences, holidays and payroll.
  • Take minutes of meetings and support the recruitment / interview process
  • Promote employee engagement and effective inter departmental relationships
  • Deliver in partnership with People Advisor wellbeing initiatives
  • To adhere to and follow company policies policies / procedures, including Health and Safety
