HR Administrator sought on an interim basis by fast-growing Retail/Leisure/ Hospitality business.
My Client is a market leading business that is going through a period of sustained growth. They are therefore looking for an interim assistant HR Administrator to join the team - it is an interim role initially but with a god chance of becoming permanent.
We are looking for the following:

Previous experience in HR administration or recruitment.

  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and HRIS platforms.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to work.
  • Experience with HRIS and ATS platforms (e.g., Fourth).
  • Knowledge of basic HR and recruitment processes.

The HR Administrator provides administrative support to the People (HR) and Recruitment functions, ensuring processes run smoothly, deadlines are met, and data is accurate and compliant. This role is key to delivering a positive crew and candidate experience from first contact through to onboarding and beyond.

Key Responsibilities Recruitment Administration

  • Post job adverts across agreed platforms and track application responses.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Manage candidate correspondence, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate and up-to-date information. People / HR Administration
  • Prepare and send offer letters, contracts, and onboarding documentation.
  • Maintain and update crew’s records on HR system and LMS system.
  • Prepare standard HR letters (e.g., probation outcomes, references etc).
  • Support onboarding processes, including right-to-work, DBS, DVLA checks, reference requests, and induction scheduling.
  • Track and record key HR milestones (e.g., probation reviews, contract end dates).
  • Assist with preparing HR metrics and reports. General Administration
  • Support the People Team with ad-hoc projects and events.
  • Ensure all documentation is filed securely and in line with GDPR requirements.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
