M&M Qualtech are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator for an exciting new role on our HR Team. This position would suit a candidate with a recent HR qualification along with good administration experience. This is a full-time position.
The HR Administrator will assist with the day-to-day HR function and administration and be involved in various company projects over the next 6 -12 months.

Overall, as a HR Administrator, you will be a vital link between employees and the HR department, ensuring smooth HR operations, fostering a positive work environment, and contributing to the overall success of the organisation.
REQUIREMENTS:
· HR/Business qualification or equivalent required.
· Experience in a busy HR administration role advantageous.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with an ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
· Ability to work under pressure, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
· Proficient in Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook.
· Knowledge of HR IT systems/database would be highly desirable.

· Employee Recruitment and On-boarding: Assisting and facilitating the end-to-end recruitment process from attraction to on-boarding.
· Employee Records Management: Maintain and keep up to date all filing requirements in line with best practice.
· HR Policies and Procedures: Assist with developing, implementing, and communicating HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
· Employee Relations: Point of contact for employees, addressing their inquiries and concerns related to HR policies, procedures, employment matters and HRIS.
· Training and Development: Assist in organising and coordinating employee training and professional development opportunities.
· HR Reporting: Generate and compile HR metrics and reports as required.
· HRIS Management: Support the function of our HR System by ensuring all employee files are up to date in line with GDPR.
· As a Human Resource Administrator, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting the HR department and the entire organisation.
