Newrest Hellas, member of the international Newrest Group operating in more than 50 countries worldwide, continues to grow and is currently seeking a Human Resources Administrator to join its HR team at the company’s Head Offices located within the Athens International Airport area. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support in the daily operations of the Human Resources department. Manage and update employee files and HR databases. Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth handling of personnel-related matters. Assist in the preparation of HR reports and statistics. Coordinate and monitor employee training programs, in collaboration with departmental managers. Support onboarding processes and continuous employee development initiatives. Graduate or final-year student in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Very good command of the English language (both written and spoken). Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Team spirit, adaptability, and effective communication skills. Eagerness to learn and develop within the HR field. Opportunity to gain valuable experience in Human Resources within a multinational environment.
