YOU’LL HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
· Admin experience (this does not have to be HR related)
· Strong attention to detail
· NHS experience (desirable)
· Excellent telephone manner
· Competent with Microsoft office programmes particularly Excel
WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
· Providing comprehensive administrative support and inputting data into the relevant computer systems and excel documents
· Answering and responding to all routine enquires
· Providing general administrative support such as prepping return to work paperwork or managing sickness / absence admin duties
· Support the doctors with compliance with mandatory training
· To create basic rotas and assist with daily staffing queries
This role may require you to show evidence of vocational level 3 qualification or at least 2 years relevant experience.
