JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to support our Human Resources department. You will be the first point of contact for HR-related queries and play a key role in maintaining employee records, managing HR documentation, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

  • Proven experience as an HR Administrator or similar role
  • Familiarity with HR software (e.g., HRIS, HRMS)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts and onboarding guides
  • Assist with recruitment processes including scheduling interviews and issuing offer letters
  • Coordinate training sessions, orientations, and HR events
  • Liaise with external partners (e.g., insurance vendors) and ensure legal compliance
  • Support payroll by providing relevant employee data (e.g., leaves, bonuses)
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
  • Create reports on HR metrics like turnover rates and absenteeism
