HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATOR FEBRUARY 2025 Supervisor’s Title:             Human Resources Manager Reports to:                           Human Resources Manager Department:                        Administration Exempt Status:                    Non-Exempt - Hourly Work Schedule:                  Monday-Friday   JOB SUMMARY The Human Resources Administrator supports the HR department with administrative tasks, employee relations, and payroll. This position is responsible for maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, and maintaining employee records HRIS.   ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS * Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of human resources files and records. * Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and filing systems. * Provide administrative support to the HR Manager by documenting staffing changes. * Supervise new employee onboarding, prepare offer documentation, and conduct orientation sessions * Schedule job interviews, contact, screen, and shortlist candidates as needed * Gather payroll data, including hours worked and deductions to process payroll promptly. * Maintained training records and tracked employee development. * Complies with all applicable food safety regulations and mandates (Safe Quality Foods, Food and Drug Administration, Pasteurized Milk Ordinance). * Complies with all company food safety policies and procedures (including Good Manufacturing Practices). * Responsible for providing food safety and quality feedback to the appropriate manager. * Perform other duties as assigned.    QUALIFICATIONS    * Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). * 1-3 years of HR experience or relevant administrative experience. * Strong knowledge of HR policies, laws, and best practices. * Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite. * Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.  * Experience with payroll and benefits administration. * Punctual and regular attendance is required.  * English skills must be proficient to understand, read, write, and speak.  * Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals. * Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously. * Comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures.  * Report all unsafe activity to the supervisor and/or Human Resources. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.   PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS    * Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk.  * Ability to work on a computer for extended periods. * Must be able to lift to 15 lbs. at a time.
