We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time HR Administrator to support our HR team. The ideal candidate will manage a variety of HR-related administrative tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent). CIPD Level 3 would be desirable but not necessary.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or HR-related role.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and employment legislation an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR software (advantage).
  • High level of confidentiality and attention to detail.
  • Must be able to work the Monday due to new starter inductions

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies.
  • Assist with new hires, terminations, changes in employee data, benefits enrolment and onboarding new employees.
  • Scheduling and delivering inductions
  • Support the creation and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other related matters.
  • Coordinate employee training sessions and maintain training records.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Notetaking during HR or other meetings
  • Writing letters and other correspondence as required
  • Supporting payroll by providing them with relevant employee information
  • Assist with ad hoc HR projects and administrative tasks as needed.
