We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time HR Administrator to support our HR team. The ideal candidate will manage a variety of HR-related administrative tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent). CIPD Level 3 would be desirable but not necessary.
- Proven experience in an administrative or HR-related role.
- Knowledge of HR processes and employment legislation an advantage.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR software (advantage).
- High level of confidentiality and attention to detail.
- Must be able to work the Monday due to new starter inductions

Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies.
- Assist with new hires, terminations, changes in employee data, benefits enrolment and onboarding new employees.
- Scheduling and delivering inductions
- Support the creation and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other related matters.
- Coordinate employee training sessions and maintain training records.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Notetaking during HR or other meetings
- Writing letters and other correspondence as required
- Supporting payroll by providing them with relevant employee information
- Assist with ad hoc HR projects and administrative tasks as needed.
