Boutique Hotel Group owns three luxury hotels and wedding venues set in the heart of the Cheshire countryside. We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Office / Human Resources administrator to join our team at Peckforton Castle.

Responsibilities

YOUR MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE TO:

  • Assist with the day to day running of the HR department.
  • Complete HR administrative documentation from right to work checks to contracts, change to terms, maternity / paternity leave, exit interview, sickness and leaver processing.
  • Carry out all on and off-boarding processes.
  • Ensure probationary reviews, job chats, appraisals and PDP’s are up to date.
  • Assist with company induction.
  • Support with recruitment.
  • Provide advice, support and guidance to Managers and staff.
  • Take minutes within formal meetings including disciplinary and grievance.
  • Monitor training needs and record qualifications and certification
  • Be responsible for uniform, PPE, lockers, stationeries and first aid supplies.
  • Collate monthly payroll information sheet and submit to accounts.
  • Ensure issues relating to HR & H&S are kept strictly confidential.
  • Maintain the company benefit system.
  • Follow GDPR guidelines regarding the safe handling of personal data.
  • Comply fully with the code of conduct, health and safety requirements, legislation, regulations policies and procedures.
  • All other reasonable tasks required.
    You will be required to provide support to Nunsmere Hall and Inglewood Manor, therefore a driving licence is essential.
    You need to be self-motivated, hands on and able to manage your own workload
    You will play an essential role in supporting the Hotel Managers to deliver great results.
