Job Description

POSITION DESCRIPTION

As an HR Administrator & Payroll Specialist at Gameloft Brisbane, you’ll join a team dedicated to helping our games teams create amazing products for our community. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will collaborate closely with the rest of the HR team and will be instrumental in supporting our human resources operations.
Your Duties as HR Administrator & Payroll Specialist will Include, among others:

QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, previous experience in accounts and payroll keeping roles, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities
  • Accuracy and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize accordingly and adapt to change - remain curious and open to learning
  • Proficiency in payroll software; strong working knowledge of Xero preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in a payroll and accounts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to understand and apply laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Full working rights in Australia
