Company in Springfield Park is seeking an HR Administrator ( Payroll) with Excel and SAGE Payroll experience

QUALIFICATION

Matric is compulsory
HR admin experience will be advantageous
Minimum 2 years working experience (SAGE payroll)
Experience on Time and Attendance software ( Jarrison)

Responsibilities

Core Support to HR Manager
Checking on Daily Time and Attendance of Staff
Extracting of Late coming report and emailing to GM
Extracting of Exception Report daily and sending to Despatch Manager
Updating OT on Jarrison
Capturing Of Driver and Conductor Times when received onto Jarrison Ensuring all leave is captured on SSS
Track employee leave- sick and annual
Maintain up to date employee records
End to end payroll processing – new to exits
Prepare for monthly payroll audits
Ensure all new recruits are signed offAssisting all new employees to complete Starter Packs and ensuring they have ID and banking details and tax numbers
Ensure all personal info is updated
Ensure all AOD’s are signed off and processed
Generate payroll reports including EMP 201/501
Perform loan & leave recons
Issue UI19’s
Handle all payroll queries
Ensure payroll system is upgraded
Prepare & Manage all casual wages
Ensure all casual payments are signed off
Maintain casual wage recon
