Role Overview The HR Administrator will support the client’s people operations by managing administrative processes, maintaining employee records, coordinating HR activities, and ensuring smooth day to day HR operations. This role requires excellent organization, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of HR processes. You will help uphold a positive employee experience while ensuring compliance with internal policies and HR best practices. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update employee records, databases, and HR documentation Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes Prepare HR related correspondence such as contracts, memos, and reports Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communications between HR and other departments Track attendance, leaves, performance documentation, and compliance requirements Support recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews and updating candidate records Handle employee inquiries and provide timely assistance on HR related matters Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and HR programs Ensure confidentiality and proper management of sensitive HR information Qualifications & Skills: 2 to 5+ years of experience in HR administration, HR support, or related roles Strong understanding of HR processes, documentation, and compliance standards Proficiency with HRIS platforms, spreadsheets, and office productivity tools Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills Good communication skills and ability to handle sensitive matters professionally Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines High level of integrity and commitment to confidentiality Experience in remote or international HR support is an advantage Work Arrangement & Expectations: Remote role requiring a reliable and stable internet connection Full-time schedule aligned with the client’s preferred time zone Consistent and clear communication with internal teams and stakeholders Timely completion of HR tasks, reports, and employee requests Adherence to privacy, confidentiality, and data protection guidelines Professionalism, accuracy, and proactive follow through in all HR related tasks
