Description

OVERVIEW:

The HR Administrator will be responsible for providing on-site support two days per week to address Human Resources needs related to employee relations, HR escalations, and administrative payroll functions. This role will act as a liaison between employees and leadership to ensure the timely resolution of workplace concerns and provide hands-on HR support as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1 - 3 years Human Resources Experience, with a strong focus on employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Familiarity with handling confidential employee information.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining alignment with company objectives and HR standards.
  • Experience using Google Suite & Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR escalations, including conflict resolution, policy interpretation, and sensitive employee issues.
  • Provide guidance and recommendations to leadership on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
  • Document all employee concerns, investigations, and resolutions in accordance with HR best practices and company procedures.
