HR Administrator

Wage : Starting at £16.00 per hour

Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm

Location: St Helens, Merseyside

Duration: Permanent

Experience in HR essential for this role.

Main duties to include:

  • Organising Interviews
  • Dealing with new starters and leavers i.e. keeping personal files updated via Sage HR and dealing with payroll
  • Ensuring all paperwork and PPE available for new starters at induction
  • Carrying out DBS and driving license checks
  • Keeping record of sickness/lates and holidays
  • Organising any training for operatives and office staff and maintaining training spreadsheets/file
  • Issuing contracts and contract changes
  • Taking minutes of all Disciplinaries and issuing all corresponding letters
  • Ordering and Issuing uniform and PPE to operatives and keeping record of company issue and returns
  • Placing job adverts
  • Dealing with legal advisors i.e. insurance and solicitors.
