Working Days: Monday & Friday

Hours: 08:30-16:30

Contract Type: Permanent

Pay: £14.96-£16.68 per hour (PAYE/Umbrella)

The Role

As the school's HR Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR processes across the school. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing staff files, records, and compliance documentation
  • Supporting recruitment processes, including advertising roles and arranging interviews
  • Processing DBS checks and maintaining safeguarding compliance
  • Assisting with onboarding and induction of new staff
  • Providing general HR and administrative support to the senior leadership team
  • Helping maintain accurate HR systems and data
  • Supporting with staff absence records, payroll information, and contracts
