Protective Care Group are looking for an adaptable and proactive HR Administrator to join their busy, dynamic and most importantly GROWING HR Team.
This role will offer our HR Administrator plenty of variety and an opportunity to support our HR Team as our Group continues to grow.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience within a HR Administration role is desirable but not essential
  • Experience of pre-employment checks or vetting would be advantageous
  • Ability to be flexible, adaptable, proactive and manage multiple tasks at once
  • Ability to meet deadlines whilst ensuring tasks are completed accurately and confidentially

Responsibilities
  • Provide day to day administrative support to the HR Team
  • Compile offer letters, contracts, and contract variation letters
  • New starter and leaver process administration
  • Assisting with the maintenance of all HR files and documentation
  • Own (with support from HR Advisor) the administrative elements of our pre-employment checks, including referencing and right to work checks
  • Be responsible for the administration of new DBS certificate submission, maintenance of DBS trackers and update service checks
  • Compile people related data or reports when required
