THE EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Previous experience in a HR Administrator / Support role is essential
  • Solid background in HR analytics within a corporate setting is beneficial
  • Comfortable with a variety of analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, coupled with precise analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • A thorough understanding of HR processes and principles, ready to tackle new challenges head-on.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As HR Administrator you will provide on-the-ground support to HRBPs and HR Advisors for performing transactional/operational tasks which cannot be transitioned to the global/regional hubs. The activities may range from providing support across LFR sensitive activities to supporting Factory BHR on various activities. You will provide resolution to transactional/complex queries limited to their scope of work; enable them to leverage self-service as much as possible for other areas and support in delivering activities wherein HRBPs need on-site operational expertise; provide any guidance or knowledge on HR policies and frameworks.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Being ambassadors to the new ways of working: Provide guidance to employees and managers on self-service transactions and navigating the HR portal. (This is applicable after Hypercare as HR Advisor and HRBP will be supporting during Hypercare period for this)
  • Provide 1st line support to the HRSS teams for market specific queries
  • Provide support for specific in-market activities
  • Activities which cannot be delivered by Global Ops due to LFR concerns. E.g. preparing compliance-focused documentation/reporting supporting the HRBP and HR Advisors
  • Ad-hoc factory/site activities which cannot be delivered remotely. E.g., timekeeping, employee engagement, medical checkups
  • Other activities which are intended to be transitioned to global ops in the near future and need to reside only temporarily in the market. E.g., absence management which is currently undergoing transformation
  • Continuous improvement on HR processes to have consistency and standardization across UK
  • Understand and be able to communicate HR policies, processes, and procedures
  • Biweekly data audits, review actions and close changes to ensure data accuracy
  • In special circumstances, act as the go-between for HRBPs and Global Ops to ensure collaboration and smooth resolution of queries and cases
  • Interact with other subject matter experts (e.g., BHR, CoE, factory HR etc.) and internal teams (e.g., solutions team) to identify the best solutions for employee queries
  • Onboarding new members in roles within HR to provide orientation to HRBPs/HR Advisors
