Responsibilities
  • Maintain and manage employee records with accuracy, discretion, and professionalism
  • Draft and prepare employment contracts, variation letters, and internal documentation
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries, ensuring responses are timely and informative
  • Support scheduling of HR-related activities, including performance reviews, training, and internal events
  • Ensure all HR processes and documents comply with employment law and internal policies
  • Contribute to HR projects and process improvements by providing administrative support and insight
  • Auditing medication
  • Help generate HR reports and support internal audits when needed
  • Knowledge in the Care sector as you may be required to support operations in the community
