HR Administrator – Recruitment & Fleet Location: Bagshot | Salary: Competitive Sharps Furniture Group is looking for a proactive HR Administrator to join our Bagshot office. You’ll support recruitment, onboarding, and fleet administration for office and field teams, ensuring smooth processes and a great experience for our employees. Key Responsibilities: · Support recruitment: Use our ATS system to screen CVs & coordinate interviews. · Support onboarding and compliance for new starters. · Support Fleet team with various admin associated with company vehicles · Maintain HR data and produce reports for the HR Manager. What We’re Looking For: · HR, recruitment, or admin experience – fleet experience a big plus. · Strong organisation and communication skills. · Comfortable with HR systems, ATS platforms, and Microsoft Office. · Positive, proactive, team-focused approach.
