Working throughout the UK rail network, CPMS provides a diverse range of services including station platform construction, maintenance and refurbishment works. We also undertake bridgeworks, station roofs and canopies. Building maintenance and refurbishment is carried out in stations, depots, signal boxes, lineside buildings, arches, carparks and roadways. We currently undertake PPM and reactive maintenance tasks as well as Civil, HVAC works and M&E services. Our clients include Network Rail, Train Operating Companies, Freight Operating Companies, Heritage Railways and Light Rail.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We have an exciting opportunity for a knowledgeable, confident and enthusiastic HR Administrator based at our Head Office in Elderslie. Acting as a point of contact for all HR related enquiries, the role will also support and provide assistance to the business to meet Departmental and Organisational needs.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide administrative support across HR and L&D functions, including maintaining filing systems, scanning, photocopying, and managing correspondence through the HR shared inbox.
Assist with the preparation of HR-related correspondence and documentation, take accurate notes during meetings, and support the delivery of employee relations processes.
Facilitate smooth onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all necessary documentation and systems are updated accordingly.
Maintain accurate records of employee absences, ensuring timely processing of holiday and sickness data.
Coordinate the collection and organisation of information for annual personal detail updates, medical assessments, driving licence checks
