Location / Base: Cardiff (option for hybrid working)

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in a HR administrator role, ideally in a complex, fast paced organisation
  • Experience of using HR Systems
  • Knowledge of working with HR policies and procedures
  • MS Office experience
  • Strong attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
  • Proficient in managing and maintaining HR systems, spreadsheets and electronic filing systems
  • Experience of managing high volume of work, prioritising and handling multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proactive, highly motivated individual
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Team player who collaborates well with immediate and wider team
  • Ability to communicate via the appropriate method with team and stakeholders
  • HR related qualification / CIPD qualification*

  • Full, clean driving licence with access to a vehicle*
  • Willingness to travel to our sites across Wales

Responsibilities

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

This is a key project role to support the HR Team with the launch of a new HR information system across the organisation. The role will focus on the collation and cleansing of our colleagues data to ensure our new HRIS is launched with accurate and up to date information to provide maximum benefit to our colleagues and the organisation.
Working closely with all departments but particularly the People Team, Payroll and projects team this project role will be vital to ensuring the successful launch of a new HR System and new ways of working for the HR Team and colleagues.
In addition the role will have the opportunity to have exposure to a range of HR Administration activities that are carried out by the People Team and will be a part of implementing new, and enhancing existing HR processes
To role must be able to provide strong systems and administrative support to enhance our colleagues experience and help the People Team during a period of change as Cartrefi launches a new people strategy that will support the growth and performance of the organisation.
