Description Position Summary: The HR Admin is responsible for the day-to-day HR responsibilities for the location. Oversee human capital management processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation programs to attract and retain top talent. Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, workers' compensation, and retirement plans, ensuring accurate data entry and compliance. Manage employee relations by addressing workplace concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting a positive organizational culture. Coordinate performance management activities such as employee evaluations, training & development sessions, and succession planning initiatives. Ensure compliance with employment & labor law regulations like FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration), and affirmative action planning requirements. Utilize HRIS (Human Resources Information System) platforms such as Workday, UltiPro, or SAP SuccessFactors for data collection, reporting, and workforce management. Support project management efforts related to organization design, change management initiatives, and HR sourcing strategies to optimize talent acquisition efforts. Requirements Qualifications Proven experience in human resources management or administrative roles within a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA standards, workers' compensation procedures, and affirmative action planning. Proficiency with HRIS systems, Paylocity preferred. Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly. Demonstrated ability in project management, data collection & analysis, and organizational design. Familiarity with benefits administration platforms. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining attention to detail in data entry and recordkeeping.
