We are THE MISSING LINK between where you are and where you want to be. About the role We are looking for an accomplished HR Administrator to join our supportive, collaborative and friendly HR team. You will be involved in all HR functions of the employee cycle. This role is ideal for a HR administrator or HR graduate looking to build a career in HR. You will have the ability to work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the end-to-end running of HR projects and operations. Responsibilities Preparation of employment contracts and other HR related documents Maintain HR employee files and records to ensure all compliance requirements are met Support the recruitment process by performing reference and employment verification checks Employee on-boarding and off-boarding Timely and accurate responses to HR and payroll enquiries Assist with employee engagement and wellbeing programs Work closely with HR Manager on ad-hoc HR projects Support other HR initiatives as assigned This is a hybrid role, working 3 days per week in our Pune office. Proven experience as an HR Administrator or similar administrative role Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices Strong ability in using MS Office and SharePoint Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle data with confidentiality Good organisational and time management skills A great company culture is very important to The Missing Link.
