We currently have an exciting opportunity for an HR Administrator to join our HR team in Exeter! Reporting to the HR Advisor, you will provide effective administrative HR and office support to the HR team and wider business. You will be able to develop your HR career by assisting with HR initiatives and areas of expertise, such as recruitment and learning and development.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have a basic knowledge of HR or a keen desire to learn and develop in this area
  • Have strong administration skills with an interest in HR
  • Have previous experience working within an office environment
  • Have good problem-solving skills
  • Have great organizational skills
  • Be confident communicating with a variety of stakeholders throughout the business
  • Be competent with the Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)

TOMY offers a hybrid working approach, which allows employees to benefit from working 3 days per week from home. Full-time attendance in our Exeter office may be required for the initial training period, to enable the successful candidate to gain the relevant skills needed for the role.
This is a full-time role, working 35.25 hours per week.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £22,500.00-£24,000.00 per year
