We also handle the complexities of divorce and family law, employment law and dispute resolution advice as well as providing a range of business law services to our clients.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administration support to the HR team, ensuring all administration activity is performed accurately and assignments are completed and maintained to a high standard. The activity is varied and will encompass most areas of the operational side of Human Resources.

Specifically, this role will focus on:

  • Scheduling and processing all activity Learning & Development administration;
  • Keeping the HR system up to date, maintained and developed for regular management reporting purposes;
  • Providing support in preparing new start documentation and induction schedules;
  • Assisting in preparing leaver documentation;
  • Taking absence related calls from colleagues;
  • Providing administrative support to the Head of HR; and
  • Ensuring employee records are accurately maintained.
