Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

This is a true generalist HR position, providing first-line support to managers and employees across the full employee life cycle. The role will involve day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, resourcing, organisational development, and project work – offering both variety and autonomy.
You’ll work closely with a supportive HR team and collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver effective people solutions that align with business needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as a trusted adviser and first point of contact for all HR-related queries within designated business areas.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job descriptions, agency liaison, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Support the employee life cycle processes from induction to exit, including payroll coordination and system support.
  • Advise and support managers on absence management, including OH referrals and long/short-term absence cases.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations matters such as investigations, disciplinary, capability, and performance issues.
  • Support with organisational change, including restructures, policy roll outs, and employee development initiatives.
  • Contribute to reward and benefits activities including salary reviews, bonus processing, and bench marking exercises.
  • Liaise with external providers including tax advisers and international payroll support.
  • Deliver on key HR projects and champion initiatives around well being, diversity, equity and inclusion.
