Responsibilities
  • HR Guidance & Support: Provide expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and employment law, ensuring consistency and compliance across the organisation.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist with end-to-end recruitment, from drafting job descriptions and conducting interviews to facilitating smooth onboarding experiences.
  • Employee Relations: Manage and advise on employee relations issues, including disciplinary, grievance, and performance management cases, ensuring fair and consistent handling.
  • Training & Development: Work closely with managers to identify skill gaps and development needs, coordinating appropriate training programs that align with business goals.
  • Workforce Planning: Monitor and analyse key HR metrics, providing valuable insights to support strategic workforce planning and decision-making.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant employment legislation and organisational policies, proactively mitigating risks and safeguarding best practices.
