Description:
You will have a key role alongside the HR Business partner in this fast-paced role, using your consultative approach to support employees and managers across our commercial, heritage and corporate departments. Every day will bring a new challenge and so you will be naturally adaptable as well as enjoying influencing a range of stakeholders to enable them to achieve our organisation objectives.
At the heart of this role you will focus on coaching managers and empowering them to be self-sufficient and have a proactive approach to all while supporting the employee life cycle, including performance management, reward and resourcing. Through building relationships based on trust and providing experience based judgements, you will be able to have a direct impact on organisational performance
