You will have a key role alongside the HR Business partner in this fast-paced role, using your consultative approach to support employees and managers across our commercial, heritage and corporate departments. Every day will bring a new challenge and so you will be naturally adaptable as well as enjoying influencing a range of stakeholders to enable them to achieve our organisation objectives.
At the heart of this role you will focus on coaching managers and empowering them to be self-sufficient and have a proactive approach to all while supporting the employee life cycle, including performance management, reward and resourcing.
