We are looking for an experienced HR Adviser to join a highly supportive HR team. To qualify for this new role created as a result of work volume, you will need to be well experienced in managing UKVI sponsorships.
Reporting to the Head of HR Operations this varied, hybrid role also offers:

Salary: £34,000+New enhanced salary w.e.f 1 July + Brilliant Bens

  • Your own business area supporting the HR Business Partner team
  • ‘Go to’ person providing 1st line HR support and advice to employees and line managers on employment law, maternity/paternity/parental leave, flexible working
  • Full responsibility for managing UKVI sponsorships
  • Involvement in either HR policy development, policy reviews or updates
  • Championing continuous improvement, reviewing HR processes and procedures, suggesting improvements
  • Leading role in recruitment administration, providing support and advice
  • Delivering presentations at meetings, facilitating training sessions
  • Leading specific HR projects, supporting restructures, regrading process and sickness absence management
  • Liaising with Auditors

We are looking for a candidate who has:

  • Been educated to degree level or has significant HR experience at HR Adviser level, including UKVI sponsorships
  • CIPD Level 5/working towards
  • Led on HR projects
  • Significant experience of providing HR advice to line management across a range of ER issues
  • Experience of either developing, reviewing or updating policies
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High level of IT ability – MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Power BMI
