We are looking for a HR Advisor who will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive human resource support to leaders and employees within our organization. This role is a great opportunity for someone who has a passion for connecting with people, is a true collaborator, a trusted advisor and HR innovator.

Reporting to the HR Team Lead, Functions you will be primarily supporting the Functions portfolio in the London and EMEA region:

  • Partnering with HRBP’s to identify and prioritize people priorities to support the business strategy and HR Operational delivery.
  • Support case management, investigations, grievances and complaints while being aligned to the employee relations strategy.
  • Participating or Leading multiple cross-functional initiatives, providing HR subject matter expert input and project leadership.
  • Providing knowledge and experience to key areas of responsibility which include employee relations matters, building Leader capability, best practice HR systems and processes, facilitating organizational change and leading HR projects.
  • Maintaining complex stakeholder relationships and demonstrating your leadership capability through effectively engaging at all levels of the business.
  • Providing guidance and support in extensive case management files in collaboration with BCO
