ESSENTIAL SKILLS

Our ideal candidate will:

  • Hold CIPD Level 3 (or equivalent) in HR Management or have proven and demonstrable HR generalist experience
  • Have experience of a multi-site organisation and have a willingness to travel to our other sites - Canterbury, Rainham and Faversham.
  • Have the ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and diplomacy.
  • Be able to clearly and appropriately communicate both orally and in written form with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities

Do you have solid knowledge of employment legislation and its application? Are you experienced in managing employee relations cases?
