As HR Advisor, you’ll be the go-to person for employees and managers, providing day-to-day HR support that keeps the workplace running smoothly. You’ll play a vital role in shaping the future of our HR function and enhancing the employee experience at Mettler-Toledo Safeline. Get ready to take on some exciting process ownership and administrative tasks, all while helping us gear up for our Workday implementation.
This is a fixed term position for 18-24 months.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support investigation processes for ER cases.
  • Support and produce timely and comprehensive documentation outputs from first stage disciplinary, capability and grievance processes, in line with best practice and legal advice from SLUK appointed legal partners.
  • End-to-End management of employee absence cases in accordance with Absence Policy and company Occupational Health Service.
  • Facilitate complex administration of HRIS records for payroll, company benefits, Absence Management, time & attendance and other reporting requirements.
  • Handle maternity, paternity, adoption and parental leave (and return) preparations, processes and queries.
  • End-to-End management of Flexible Working Requests.
  • Liaise and consult with external agencies and company benefit providers;
  • Assist the HR Officer and HR Business Partner with the development and maintenance of people-related policies and procedures;
  • Assist in the recruitment process and the onboarding process in conjunction with HR Officer and Talent Acquisition (TA) colleagues.
