At 4Subsea, we can offer you a central HR role with advisory and operational work within an exciting area of responsibility. You will work with the HR & HSEC team, and work in close interaction with managers and colleagues at all levels of the company.

We are looking for you who have a few years of relevant experience with broad-spectrum HR work. Any experience from HSE work will in addition be beneficial. You thrive at a fast pace and enjoy handling many different issues. You are already hands-on in Norwegian labor law and core HR activities, and you want to further develop yourself in the HR, which we will facilitate. REQUIREMENTS FOR COMPETENCE AND LEVEL OF EXPERIENCE IN THE POSITION

  • BSc/MSc in HR / Organization and Management / Competence Development or other relevant formal university competence. Other relevant education/experience may also be considered.
  • 3 - 7 years of documented experience from HR work, preferably from the oil and gas industry.
  • Any experience and knowledge from HSE work and knowing relevant HSE standards will be regarded as a benefit.
  • Good knowledge of and experience wrt relevant HR and HSE legislation
  • Experience from using an HR Management System would be beneficial, but not required
  • Strong skills within Excel, Powerpoint, HR tools – and generally expose a “digital mindset”
  • Strong communicator in Norwegian and English – internally and externally at all levels of the organization
Responsibilities
  • Assist in the whole HR value chain covering attract, train, retain and off-board personnel including, but not restricted to:
  • Participate or take lead in recruitment events and pre-screening of candidates
  • Execute recruitment processes
  • Facilitate on & off-boarding
  • Advise & guide leaders and colleagues within personnel law, working environment, well-being measures etc
  • Maintain HR Master Data in collaboration with HR administration
  • Assist with advice and guidance on competence development and talent management
  • Maintain and develop relevant company documentation with the HR/HSEC areaParticipate in activities in the HSEC area with qualification processes for vendors and clients and maintain and update certifications with relevant qualification systems
