Description:

The Opportunity

Are you a passionate HR professional who thrives on partnering with leaders, navigating complex people matters and creating positive workplace experiences?

At AccessHC, we're looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our People, Engagement and Development team on a 12-month Max Term Fulltime Contract. This is an exciting opportunity to bring your expertise in employee relations, workforce planning, performance management, workplace investigations, organisational change and transition projects and people partnering to an organisation that genuinely values its people.

As a trusted advisor, you'll work alongside leaders across our diverse health and community services, helping them build high-performing teams, navigate challenging people situations and foster a culture where employees feel supported, respected and empowered to do their best work.

If you're looking for a role where you can combine strategic thinking with hands-on HR partnering while making a meaningful difference in the community, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

No two days are the same in this dynamic and rewarding role.

As our HR Advisor, you'll be a key member of the People, Engagement and Development team, providing expert advice and practical solutions across the full employee lifecycle. You'll partner closely with managers and leaders to support recruitment, employee relations, workforce planning, organisational change and continuous improvement initiatives.

You'll be relied upon for your sound judgement, strong relationship-building skills and ability to balance people needs with organisational outcomes. Whether you're coaching a leader through a performance matter, supporting a workforce change project or developing practical HR solutions, you'll play an important role in strengthening employee experience and organisational capability.

This is an opportunity to work within a collaborative and values-driven team that believes great workplaces are built through trust, partnership and genuine care for people.

This Hawthorn-based maximum-term hybrid contract, available until December 2027 with the possibility of extension, reporting directly to the HR Manager.
